Behind the wheels
We started in Grays, Essex in 2013 with one aim: make alloy wheel repair simple and done properly, for drivers who care how their car looks and drives.
Every wheel that comes through our workshop on Askews Farm Lane is inspected before we promise anything. Kerb and scuff damage needs a full refurbishment of the wheel; some damage needs straightening or welding; and some sits outside safe repair limits. We tell you which is which, even when the honest answer is a replacement.
From kerbed and scuffed alloys to bent rims, cracks and corrosion, we repair, refinish and protect wheels for drivers across London and Essex, with powder coating, diamond cutting and full refurbishment all done in-house.

Safety first, then the finish
Inspect first
A free inspection for cracks, buckles, corrosion and previous repairs before we recommend any work.
Repair what's safe
Straightening and TIG welding only where the wheel can be returned to a safe, roadworthy condition.
Refinish properly
Stripped, prepared and finished in powder coat or diamond cut, then sealed with lacquer to protect it.
Check before it goes back
Balanced and checked before release, so it goes back on the car as good as it looks.

When we'll say no
Not every wheel should be repaired. If it's outside safe limits, we'll advise replacement, even if that means turning the work away.
