That matters more than it sounds. A wheel should be inspected before anyone promises a repair. Some kerb damage is purely cosmetic and straightforward to put right; a crack in the wrong place, a heavily corroded rim, or a wheel that has already been diamond-cut several times may not be safe to repair at all. We will always tell you honestly which is which, even when the right answer is replacement rather than refurbishment.

Every wheel is inspected, repaired, refinished, sealed and balanced before it goes back on your car. If a wheel is beyond safe repair, we will say so rather than refinish a problem and hand it back.
